github支付不成功問題

Question

我在github上面用paypal支付,沒有成功,然後我買的是5個私有項目的包月,雖然我沒有成功,但是可以把我的項目變成私有,但是一直給我提示這個信息,我想諮詢一下,看有沒有懂的!
