windows - Win 下 Git Bash 寫 commit 時如何使用 Unicode 字元？

我在 Windows 下使用 Git Bash ，在寫 git commit 的時候發現不能寫中文，提示說我的 console 不支援 Unicode，那該怎麼去讓 Git Bash 支援 Unicode 呢？

錯誤提示如下：
