一、程序为wordpress，WAMP环境
二、防火墙已关，能ping通
三、主机端口为8889，本地访问一切正常。局域网内其他机器访问主页正常，其他均不可访问。
[错误 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED)：服务器拒绝了连接],访问机没开代理啊
