PHP:判断年龄是否符合注册要求

限制一定年龄人群注册的一般都是社交类站点的多，比如：Facebook、Google、Twitter等。而现实中，我们也会经常使用到这些很简单的应用——主要还是在注册上面。好像支付宝、微博这类应用现在都玩起实名认证了。实名认真虽说起来没有限制年龄，实际上确确实实
