Verify PHP library for different ISO and ZIP encodings

iso, international standard optical disc file system format. A disc image file format that complies with the ISO 9660 standard. The file extension is usually iso. This kind of file can be simply understood as an image file formed by copying all the information on the disc.

ZIP is a file compression algorithm, formerly known as Deflate (vacuum), the inventor is Phil Katz (Phil Katz), who announced the format information in January 1989. ZIP usually uses the suffix ".zip", and its MIME format is application/zip. Currently, the ZIP format is one of several mainstream compression formats, and its competitors include the RAR format and the open source 7-Zip format. From a performance comparison, the RAR format has a higher compression rate than the ZIP format, but its compression time is much higher than Zip. 7-Zip (7z) is gradually being used in more fields because it provides free compression tools.
