7. For the automobile trading market, material departments and automobile industry sales and service companies must provide information and provide good services; industrial enterprises must improve product quality and make them marketable; industrial and commercial administrative agencies must strengthen supervision and management and coordinate the economic relations of all parties.
8. Automobile transactions must abide by national policies and regulations, pay taxes in accordance with regulations, and accept supervision and management. It is not allowed to operate without a license, it is not allowed to resell illegally, it is not allowed to sell products within the mandatory plan at a negotiated price, it is not allowed to resell plan indicators, purchase and sales contracts, invoices and delivery vouchers, and it is not allowed to pass off inferior products as good ones.
